Students would progress and ask for more challenging songs, but you cannot teach the songs the student wants, you must chose from a list of a couple hundred songs. You figured it would be a tight knit group, but the management is toxic, the teachers are sometimes part time guitarist who are still in high school, and the curriculum is basic, even at the advanced levels. The turnover rate is astounding, especially for such a small place. With an offer of up to 20 dollars, its tempting to work here, but after months, it was obvious no teacher stuck around long enough to make anywhere near that amount. I didn't think I could make any less money as a musician, but I was proven wrong.
